SALESMARK consults on a project basis.  SALESMARK's contribution is, typically, based on information normally gathered through personal field interviews of buyers, market experts, and influencers supplemented by a computerized data search of published materials.

To best serve you, Brooks' process begins with a complimentary consulting session aimed at defining the most effective solution for your particular problem or need. Following that assessment, Brooks will work to solve your problem either in-person, worldwide, or by phone/email (your choice). Customized sales trainings also available. Options include (once the FREE problem-definition consultation has taken place) in-person consulting and/or telephone consultation (credit card payment).

Steps involved in developing working relationship with client:
* talk with potential client, assess needs
*second visit: finalize needs, discuss study methodology
*third visit: submit written proposal, discuss
*start project, gather existing information from client, organize assignment details
*gather field information, conduct search for published data
*present interim report, discuss, redefine project direction
*present written final report including recommendations and detailed implementation plan
*conduct follow-up program (1 year) to monitor implementation
